• Register online or with a form in your program booklet. Copies are OK.

• Complete a separate registration form for each event.

• Provide all the info requested on the form. Only complete forms will be processed.

• Payment in full must accompany registrations. To pay by check, use a paper form and mail it or bring it to the Service Center. Online registrations must be paid in full by credit card when submitted.

• The registration deadline is the last date that registrations can arrive at the SC for priority eligibility.

• To find out if there is still space in a program after its registration deadline has passed, call 508 923 0800 x18.

• If the number of paid registrations received by the deadline exceeds the capacity of the program, they go into a lottery on the following Monday. Registrations are drawn at random until the event is full. If we can accommodate all paid registrations received by the deadline, they are put into the program on the following Monday. Registrations received later are added in order of receipt until event is full. Delivery, not postmark, must occur before 8:00p on deadline date.

• Notifications are mailed to participating troops.

• Confirmation, directions to the site and information about meals, drinks and appropriate clothing and equipment for events for which you are accepted are sent at least 1 week before event.

• If your troop doesn’t get into an event, a refund will be sent within 3 weeks of deadline (6 wks for credit cards).

• You are eligible for a refund if an event is canceled or the date is changed. Locations are in the vicinity of towns listed, not necessarily in the town. You will be notified if an event is canceled because of inclement weather and issued a refund. The troop will not receive refunds for girls who register but do not come. You must pay for the number of people you register. There are no refunds for withdrawals except under circumstances listed above.

• Patches and awards earned at the event are given only to Girl Scouts of that level who attend it.

• Children not registered for an event may not attend.
