Rainbow
Ribbon
Our council’s Rainbow Ribbon is awarded to
troops that create and execute an original multi-troop program
celebrating diversity. An action plan written by girls following the
service learning process is required. Girls must also evaluate the
project and their experience via journals or video and a release
to local media.
