description	Signs, songs and slogans give girls easy access to history and the beginnings of Girl Scouting. They will watch a video of Girl Scouts in the early days and compare what they see to what they know first-hand about Girl Scouting today. There’s lots of hands-on action with the trunk of historic Girl Scout items, too.
reserve	Your troop can borrow this packaged program, which contains everything needed to run it during your meetings, including instructions, activities, sample projects, shopping lists for materials and explanations of the purpose and results you should expect. The leadership team conducts the program at their own pace, so it is perfectly suited to the level and abilities of the girls. The program is available on loan, free of charge, from the Service Center. If you notify us ahead of time, we can deliver to your next Service Unit meeting.
