Help make our planet clean and healthy now! Massachusetts Girl Scouts have the power to help make our air, water and land cleaner and healthier for all!

Learn: What’s renewable energy?
Explore: Visit a clean energy site.
Act: Share what you’ve learned.

The Clean Green Power Patch introduces girls to alternative energy sources. They will meet and interview someone who has chosen clean, renewable energy or energy conservation strategies. Then they complete an art, science or communications project that gets the word out about the success and growth of clean, renewable energy.

The tools you need to get started are available at www.nesea.org/education/gscleanenergy. There are resources, ideas, local sites (over 100 are listed!), and inspiration on how to earn a free patch while doing your part to save the earth. Contact sreyes@nesea.org for info.
Developed by the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association in collaboration with Girl Scouts of Western Massachusetts and funded by the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative.
