Use this form to register for events and request dates for programs online or by printing and mailing to Girl Scouts of Southeastern Massachusetts, 111 East Grove Street, Middleboro, MA 02346.  About registration.

Online registrations will be accepted only if paid in full with a credit or debit card at the time of submission.  If you prefer to pay by check, please submit a paper registration with a check enclosed. We can no longer accept online registrations followed by checks in the mail or phoned-in credit card information.  Go to paper registration form

If your troop is accepted for the program, you will receive a confirmation with directions to the site.  If there isn't sufficient space for your troop, you will receive a letter informing you of this.  You must pay for the number of people you register.
